They take for ever to make deposits, not sure what's happened but over the years they have gotten so slow. They hardly ever answer the phone either....

This bank is so very slow. Not enough help. They take forever. Plus who ever heard of a bank NOT taking money. If you have an automatic payment takes days and days most of the time for it to clear. Do not recommend banking here.

They would not cash a chase bank check from a member to a non-member, policy they said, I say anyone who works for a chase bank should get a 1 star rating as well.

Wait can be slow at times, especially on the weekends, but the staff is always very friendly and courteous.

Iv been banking with this bank and location for two tears now and have had absolutely no problems. Lorena martinez has been helpful every time I have had questions as well . Thanks chase bank !!! :)
