Friendly people but they need a sign on their doors to inform customer that they need to go around the building to get in. I mentioned it to a banker she claimed there was a sign and I stood there looking as people try to open the doors and there is no sign!

Full service, never too busy, helpful. Best banking experience we've had in a long time. Their website and phone apps make it easy to track transactions and get immediate alerts. This location has ample parking and close to shopping. I recommend chase to anyone I know.

all I wanted was to access my safety deposit box. I've been banking with Chase for decades and I understand it can get busy in a bank. However the policy use to be, you waited in the teller line and then when it was your turn you were escorted to the safe after your ID was validated. Now, you have to sign in to a seperate sheet where they make you wait for the next availible Banking agent. I waited 20 mins and gave up. The people just in front of me were waiting more than a half an hour!! Before I left I walk up to an employee who was greeting customers in line, where he told me I would have to wait at the sign in area. I then asked if I could make an appointment later on that day and was told no.I noticed there were employees in cubicals with no customers and weren't on the phone either. This practice is unexceptable. It conveys a glaring message. " Our time is more important than the customer's time" Chase Bank, you need to change this policy because I'm seriously thinking of leaving you......

A true example of true old school customer service. I wish the other establishments i frequent treated their customers the way this bank does.
