Friendly people who always know me and say hello, now I use the automated teller either outside or inside the bank to make deposits. Very convenient and there's never a line.

No stars for this place. Make sure you are on top of the cash you hand to Vicki, or you won't get the change back when making payments. I gave her 2-$20's to pay a $25  bill, I asked for my change back, she tells me I gave her 2-$10's. I disagreed, her and her superior "counted her til", and then told me she balanced. How can that be? She should have been $5 short or $15 over. No, according to her, she balanced! Sorry but I also had her pull this the month before when I was making my payment. She stood back from her til, looking at me weird, when I finally said, " you owe me money back, she paused then got the money and gave me what she owed me. No "sorry", nothing. Watch your money with Vicki. Vicki, you still owe me $15. I hate this bank.

Charging $6.00 for bank statement when you can get it for free at any other branch!!!!!. I went to the one at fred meyer, best customer service ever
