I live in this area and I avoid it at all cost. They don't greet consumers, maybe only those the know personally. Drive thru is even worst. Minimal service as if they lack adequate staff. Unfortunately this is my consistent experience.  I go to the ATM only which is oddly place away from parking and convenient to those entering from the side walk. 

Advice: Go an extra mile and head to the Ardsley location. I've never had an issue there.
