Literally every time I come here whoever helps me has no idea what they’re doing and actually gives me the wrong information repeatedly. it doesn’t matter who it is. I have never had a good experience here— ever. I always feel like my time is wasted. there is no reason for me to continue being a Wells Fargo customer except for that it’s too inconvenient to switch to another bank. Every time I have to go in I dread having to come back again because whoever “helped” me actually made my life’s much more stresssful by neglecting to give vital pieces of information. Worst bank— hands down
