I read reviews and nearly didn't go in the young man Angelo who helped me open new account was EXTREMELY helpful and very patient I have been customer of BBNT bank for years they never were helpful NO customer service   glad I gave Chase Bank a chance

This branch is okay, but if you need to see a personal banker it could take awhile. I have never seen more than one working at any time I have been there. When I lived in the Seattle, WA area, there were always at least 2 in every branch on duty at all times. Customer service seemed more important there.

I usually don't do these things....but I have to say.....this particular branch has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have banked with Chase for almost 10 years now but this branch has just about pushed me away from Chase. 

So I'm editing my review. Or better said...add to my review. Here I am July 1, 2016 and, as hard as it is to believe, the customer service is worse. I tried the outside ATM and it wouldn't take cash deposits. I went inside and tried that ATM with the same results. I mentioned it to the teller. She told me to "get in line sir and wait your turn." All I was trying to do is let her know that ATMs were not taking cash deposits. The line she was referring to was already out the door so I knew I wasn't going to wait to make a deposit. I was just letting them know about their ATM. 

If anyone monitors these reviews....please note.....your customers are not HAPPY. I'm ready to go across the street to PNC.
