Have had Suntrust over 10 years, there are never any lines.  You get in and get out.  All of the ladies are very nice and helpful.  I lost my bank card and they helped me to get cash out of my account without giving me a hard time.  Would never bank any where else, and I am not sure why other people are giving them bad reviews because it is simply not true. ;)
