Worst customer experience ever!!! As soon as I walked in they asked tried to rush me out by telling me it's going to be a hour wait. And then having multiple people coming up to me saying that I should make an appointment and just come Monday. but I honestly didn't mind waiting. I definitely will not be coming back!

I call ahead to get a notary and the assistant branch manager says no one is waiting and i can come right in. I drive 15 minutes to the branch and now there is a 30 min wait. "The manager never asked or set an appointment for me to see the banker". I then tell the Assistant  all managers should be able to do notary's, why cant you do it yourself? She responds I am the only teller working and my branch manager has been in the bathroom for over 10 minutes. When the branch manager exits the bathroom I ask her where is all your employees? why is only 1 banker here? and why cant you or your managers complete my notary??? she verbally attacks me and says its none of my business to approach her regarding why no employees are there to serve chases customers..........

My Dad passed away and I needed to close his account. They were so very sweet and chatted with the manager for some time. I am thinking about transferring to this bank instead of compass! I think I'd like it here. Keep up the good work guys. I was very impressed!

Sitting here (for 20 minutes this far) waiting for a notary signature. The two bankers obviously have their hands full and plenty of individuals waiting in the lobby whilst the manager sits behind her glass walled cubicle. 

Obviously not a chase branch geared toward anyone who actually has business and ongoing relationships with their bankers. Impersonal, slow, and mismanaged.

I needed a document emailed to me so it could be faxed back to Chase in San Antonio I had went to the Lake Worth branch 2 days earlier and the branch mgr. there had no desire to help me took my number and told me someone would call me later, that never happened I went to the whitesettlement branch and Mejia Hogan immediately took care of my situation and she showed concern for my situation. Never again Lake Worth.        Jim Martin
