The service is much worse than when it was Omni. Omni would post debits by the next day, now it can take several days, especially if there is a holiday on Monday. I have a truck payment that I make a larger payment on than is required, Omni would automatically credit the whole payment to the principal every third month. Not now, I have to call and get them to do it as their computer system can't figure it out. I'm the primary on this account but my wife's name comes up, what's that about???

I found a charge on my account while reviewing my account online that myself nor my husband had made. I called the white settlement branch and spoke to Amina who verified she was also sure this charge was fraud. Amina was very helpful, extremely informative and professional. Luckily when I arrived at the branch Amina greeted me and she was awesome! She cancelled my card, issued a temporary card, requested a new permenant card be sent out and explained the process for filing a claim once the fraudulent charge processed. This process didn't take long at all. My husband happened to call while we were in her office and he mentioned his card had been shut off after he used it while on deployment in another country. Amina made a phone call and took care of that issue for my husband as well. I had my daughter and 15 month old son with me and Amina was very personable and friendly. This was by far the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. This branch is extremely fortunate to have such an exceptional employee and I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to have Amina to take care of our account.

Can't wait to switch. Lots of pending transactions,  you can't tell how much money you truly have. Sometimes you spend money from your debit card and it doesn't show on the account for weeks. I've been triple charged for the same transaction and had to call to have it resolved. When it was OmniAmerican, my direct deposit used to pend in my account 3 days ahead of time and be in my account by Thursday at midnight, now that it is Southside Bank, I can't see it pending until the day I'm supposed to be paid and it doesn't hit my account until noon or around 3pm! That's outrageous.  Let's not go into all the fees get charge! Looking for another bank as we speak! I would never recommend this bank. Take your money elsewhere.  👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
