I’ve been banking at this location for over 5 years.  I have always had friendly and helpful service.  I had an issue with my social security number and the bank manager started the process to get the issue resolved quickly.  He followed-up the next week to confirm over the phone and in writing that the issue had been resolved.  

I often don’t complete a withdrawal slip... the tellers are more than happy to complete it for me and process my withdrawal with a friendly attitude and are quick and efficient.  

No complaints at all about this bank.

I won't be going back anytime soon. Needs better management. The tellers are great though.

Worst customer service out of any bank i have ever seen.  Management is absolutely terrible and they should be fired.

Customer service at this branch is terrible. The personal banker that “helped” me, turned over my debit card, pointed at the 800 number, and told me to call them next time.

I have a business account at this branch. I have had some fairly complicated issues that needed resolved asap. Everyone from the Tellers to Dan Management has resolved Every issue I have had without even leaving the bank! Dan will go the extra mile with a smile Every time I say i'm not sure what can be done but... He has found a quick resolution right then! Thank You Dan!!!
