Worst Chase experience, lady thought I was an immigrant and continued to deny my check being transferred to my account without even looking into my personal account or asking me for identification. Jus because I dont look caucasian doesn't mean I wasn't born here nore have the same rights as you. Shame on the manager for having such a disrespectful branch representative. I will continue to go to the Chase in Lake in the Hills for my loans. It wasn't until I stepped aside to another counter where I was actually serviced properly. Just because you hate your life/job/husband/boyfriend doesn't mean you should let it out on everyone else. You must be a pain to work with.

I'm only happy to see business banker in this branch 
Rest of them not really helpful seem like they're not happy to work there 
Especially lady help me with wire transfer seem like she hates her job or doesn't know how to do it wire transfer 
I got mad and left to go different branch in Elgin after waiting 20 minutes in Huntley (wasted time)
Guy in Elgin branch same bank chase took him less then 5 minutes to completed wire transfer 
If you have you small business good to go Huntley or ATM deposit stuff like tht rest of stuff I said go to elgin

It's Saturday and there are 5 people waiting for a customer rep to help them. Plenty of tellers. But, only 2 personal bankers, Disappointed with this branch's lack of customer service on a busy day.
