In mid August, I deposited a group of checks in the ATM outside my local branch. The machine ate them. Then the transaction cancelled and I did not receive any receipt. I waited 45 days to find out the bank could not find them. So I have lost all of that money. I called my local branch, in the morning, the day after it happened (it happened on a Sunday night) and the lady who answered treated me terribly. She was rude and wondered why I was calling them and not the 800 number. Throughout the process, I received no communication from PNC and when I tried to contact my escalation department member, I received no answer. How can a reputable bank use an Armored truck company that does not take the care to balance their accounts? Why and how could checks just disappear? I have been with the company since it was called First National Bank and I will now close my account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Have always had a great experience with this bank. Brenna is always very helpful, and so are all the other people working at this branch. Any questions I have had, they have helped very quickly.

Five stars because I only want to point out how ridiculous Larry Newmans review is. Go read it (scroll down)!!! Too funny. He doesn't like the bank because it holds bank hours HAHAHAHAHHAHA

Ridiculous hours. This bank doesn't open until 9am and closes at 5 Mon - Thurs. Apparently they only care about the retirees from Sun City.
