Worst customer service, I got a cashier check and the very unfriendly teller took it from my checking instead of savings account, I didn't have enough in my checking so it was over drawn. The check # couldn't be found by other Chase staff so I called to speak to the manager but every time she was too busy and would call me back Never called so I'll be closing my chase account.

Went to make a cash deposit into my wife's account I had the account number filled out the paperwork go up to the counter and the girl says are you on the account I said no we cannot accept cash I said you got to be kidding me this is stupid Bank went outside to take the two pictures they called the police really the police said have a nice day the manager of the bank said take the cash to your bank deposit it get a check and bring it back here to make a deposit then we could accept it really a bank doesn't take cash if you're not on the account they're stupid don't use this Bank
