CUSTOMER SERVICE = 0. I left 2 messages and they never returned my calls. I waited on hold for 10 minutes and never got my call answered. Money is time and time is money, obviously management doesn't understand or respect this tenet of banking. This is an amateur operation. This is the type of financial institution that eventually files for bankruptcy or gets hit for fraudulent practices.

I thought this was "suppose" to be a credit union. Clermont location is by far the worst out of all of them in my experience. I have been to Hunters Creek and Winter Garden. Some staff there are rude especially the lady name Latoya (something like that) I don't know how she acts around her supervisors and co -workers but she DOES NOT have any customer service skills. She doesn't even know how to address people.  I rather go to the Hunters Creek Branch and be treated with respect by the ladies working the desk there - Diana - then come deal with her bad impatient attitude. 

Clermont does have one awesome staff - carol - she is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with!

It's all about the service for me. and Clermont location does NOT provide good customer service. 

Go to Hunter Creek or Winter Garden.

Almost everyone is always pleasant.  They accomodate yiyr physical needs as well as your banking needs.  The guy that says you can't transfer monies on line just doesn't know how. Yes, you have to jump through the phone prompts to get who you want, but it is possible. I love this credit union.

For the Clermont Branch, you can never get anyone to answer the phone you either have to leave a message and not get a call back or, you have to press 0 for the operator and listen to music for over 5 minutes and still nobody answers.

I'm with the others that have expressed their utter disappointment with this credit union specifically the Clermont location,, they treat their customers with DMV government worker attitudes it's just really bad customer service, and they constantly talk about "our policy is" instead of looking for ways to make a banking relationship work, they smugly act condescendingly.  Wouldn't recommend to anyone as there are far better places to put your money.
