I admit this was a while ago - but it was such a bad experience I never came back. Came in here to this location for notary and the 20 something "manager" told me that he wouldn't help me because my sister did not have an account with them even thgouh I do. We were even willing to pay for the service. So we drove over to my usual Chase and they had ZERO problems with that.

Great bank with friendly and helpful staff.  The checking account options leave something to be desired but they are convenient.

Absolutely worst costumer service ever. Refused to take a check from my insurance company, although my other bank gladly took it. Over the years I financed a house in Oregon with them, a Porsche and three Mercedes. I have my savings account with them and at some point was considering to transfer my business account to Chase. But after the incompetent and rude service I will withdraw all my money and stop all business with Chase and that is just due to the experience at the 192nd location.

I've been banking with Chase for just over half a year now, I've always loved knowing their ontop of the technology and always moving with the times keeping up to date. I've enjoyed their mobile applications and the ability to take pictures of my check, I have also always enjoyed their customer service, but it wasn't till yesterday that they just blew me out of the water with their service, this was the first time i'd ever visited this branch and not more then 5 minutes in the manager personally introduced himself to my fiancee and I. He told us that if there's anything that they could ever improve on to let him know and he'll get on top of it. He gave us his straight number to call if anything ever goes wrong! They did everything we asked them to quickly and without hesitation. 

These guy's aren't bankers...
Their family!

By far Chase is my favorite bank, and by far, this is my favorite branch!
