I had a wonderful experience with Laith.  There were problems with understanding my mortgage payments.  Not only did he hold the door open for me, he explained what I needed to do, and my problem was fixed in a matter of minutes!  Thank you Laith, and your co workers also!

Unfortunately a bad branch of a very bad overall bank.  In 2015-16, I was repeatedly harassed by the bank manager trying to sell me products, sometimes wasting 10-15 minutes of my time when I went in to get notary service or something similar.  One of the notorious unauthorized fake accounts was opened in my wife's name.  Most recently, certified funds were held causing my account to go negative, a cashier's check from another bank being held without notice, and when I called and came in person, my complaints were scoffed at.  They have cycled through a number of managers since 2014 at this branch, and the current one might in fact be worse than his predecessors.  AVOID.

The desk staff & manager are super nice and helpful no matter what time of the day during business hours. Forget those credit unions!

Friendlier than Bank of America across the street. However not as good as my credit unions.
