Fees fees and fees! I have employees that work for me and for one reason or another they can't get a checking account.. I write them a check and I wish I could always PAY them more!! When they cash it and don't have an account they charge my employees $$9.00 really really!! (BIG BANK) going to Gulf Coast Bank!!and They love ❤️ to overdraft your account when you don't bank with them... Paying mortgage they took out more than they supposed to... Go to gulf coast... they have there act together!!

Excellent customer service from Jeramy Landry. I went in to change out my safe from a larger one to a small one, which their computer system didn't show to have one available. Jeramy Landry went out of his way and double check and was able to find me one.

I just stopped into this location to finalize the final payment of my HELOC. I had the pleasure of working with a wonderful woman named Corrie F. Phillips. I live across the lake so this is not my usual branch but I was treated like royalty by Corrie and all of the staff. Seriously, I don't see this amazing level of customer service anywhere in my community and it was so refreshing. I wish I could give a higher rating because she was awesome and made me feel important and comfortable. It is a big deal to be able to pay off a loan and Corrie could feel my excitement. She acknowledged just how important a day this was for me and shared my enthusiasm. So thank you Chase for training such a wonderful asset like Corrie Phillips. She makes your whole organization look top notch! Crystal Wells Southshore...unfortunately!

back closed my accounts never told me so now my check will have a delay.never go onto this bank if your not rich they will treat you like bad. Bald guy hides in the front.corridor the only only mice person left.now my rent will be late and I have been in a jurricaine here. They told me hey who cares
