Too stupid for words.  No one in-house could understand and approve an ORIGINAL of a power of attorney.  Had to send to "corporate" to send to outside counsel, 10 days all the while my father dying.  They called and said I could bring the original back in since their outside counsel had reviewed and approved AFTER my father had died.  Big help. Had to go through probate to get money for funeral expenses.  Really excellent service, right?
