Terrible customer service easy to open account but terribly hard to close . Customer service rep Berenice Valdez is the most unprofessional rude person that I had ever dealt with at any bank. Not only rude but also question me if I was a citizen or not ? which is not her business and asked my wife for a Id, passport and pay stub in order to change my account. I have multiple accounts personal and business with them .But after this situation i will have all my family and sons accounts close. Never will i get an account on this bank again. I will make sure that i tell friends and family about what they have put me through. Since when does a bank need so many forms of verification in order to update an account?

Very friendly bunch of people at this location. Stopped in for a new debit card about a minute before closing and both female reps (didn't catch their names) were very courteous and made the whole process a pleasant one. Blonde teller that took deposit was above par. Keep up the great work.

Decent Bank. I went at rush hour and waited quite a bit but that wasnt their fault. I docked stars because they would know when the rush hours are and should staff accordingly.

Long wait, with unhelpful staff. Eva B. Yonan specifically made me 1 star this branch. I am a very busy person, my pregnant wife was waiting for me as well. I told this to Eva and she said okay, A second later the phone starts ringing and she takes her time to answer that person question, then goes off to find whoever the person wanted to speak to then continued speaking to the woman on the phone... Taking 20 minutes... I seriously wanted to wave my arms and shout hello. 37 years of service doesn't give you the right to ignore the person sitting right in front of you...

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient ATM machines and drive thru as well. Parking lot is a bit crammed, but overall good experience.
