Not only people there are very friendly, they also get things done for you. If you have any issue with your account, call them up, Connie, Alfredo, or anyone there will make sure your issue is fixed. Now my business is now relocated to different city. The service from the new branch is not even half as good as this Downey location. 

I will give this branch 6 stars if I could.

They don't help you at all! I can't take change because they don't have space. That's stupit.
