Found it very odd that they asked me if I was a citizen of the United State when I opened my account,  never been asked that nevertheless I don't have broken English or look foreign made me feel a bit awkward and weary. It took a bit long to get in and out other then that, This bank is just eh..they keep it clean inside and out, there coffee sucks the atm drive thru on the left side is way to high.

I was trying to open a new business account. I called ahead to ask what I needed to bring in. They took my phone# and said they'd call me back. An hour goes by. I pay for an Uber car, $12, to bring me down there and back. When I get there they tell me they couldn't help me, something they could've told me over the phone if they ever called me back. When I called to complain with the bank manager I got a stand in who told me that he usually takes 2 hours for them to call back???

Racist racist racist don't come here! I came in to open up my checking account and was greeted by PATTY J. VILLALTA and I responded (in English by the way!). I continued to give her my California id and drivers license as well as a credit card from bank of america and she had the nerve to ask me if I was a U.S. citizen! I was dumbfounded and asked her why she was asking that question and she then assumed I was not a citizen and denied service to me at this point I was extremely offended and asked for her managers phone number to escalate and she gave me the 1800 customer service number! I guess she figured she won't get in trouble if I talk to a phone rep since they won't know who she is! Long story short I drove down to chino and had no problem opening my account and was NEVER ASKED IF I WAS A CITIZEN!
