Most banks have friendly, attentive staff.  I've been coming to this branch for over ten years and have always been greeted with a helpful smile.  For the last few months I dread having to visit this branch.   I cringe and hope that I won't get stuck with Ivanna.   She seems to always have a frown and poor attitude.  My efforts to be friendly have gone wasted. She can't even greet me with a polite hello.   Today I reached my limit with her and this branch.  From the first interaction with her she has treated me like I've offended her. I'm stunned that community bank would hire someone like her to deal with the public.   This last visit not only did she make me waste my time, I had to repeat myself several times.  She would say no before I could finish my sentence because she was so defensive. I would never expect such an unprofessional treatment at a bank. If it were possible to give this branch no stars I would do that.   I encourage you to take your business to another branch or a different bank altogether.
