Bernardo is by far of the worst tellers I have ever met. His customer service skills are horrible. He makes you wait until he puts the cash in the same order to deposit it. I'm not saying just face up; no I mean all aligned and corners match. People have stuff to do and we shouldn't have to wait around for this guys cash drawer to look "employee of the month ready". 

Greet your customers! Make eye contact say hello and ask them how their day was for heavens sake! When they leave say have a nice day or thank you. Not very hard to do. 
I won't be coming back to this Chase that's for sure.

By far the best branch Chase has to offer.  All others were horrible. Great help here. Even when busy.

I opened a business account the other day with an agent. Few days go by, I need to make a deposit, but I lost my ID and my bank card hasn't come in yet. Apparently I can't make a deposit without ID. So I left. Then later that day, I called to see if it was possible I dropped my ID there and they had it put away. They put me on hold. 5 mins go by and I get into my vehicle and drive over there. I was on hold for almost 20 minutes when I walked up to the counter. There was no one in line, and 3 people just sitting there behind the glass. Apparently it's too much of a task for any of them to get up and check a drawer, so they told me to wait to see my agent, who was busy with another client. So I just left. Very displeased at this point in time, hopefully my experience gets better
