Extremely slow service. I don't even bank here, but my work uses this bank and i have to make deposits to their account anywhere from 1-3 times a week. all of the tellers have been replaced by machines and i can't use the machines to deposit into an account that is not mine. obviously, once in a while it is fast but i have waited as long as 40 minutes to make a deposit on multiple occasions. Generally it takes about 15-20 minutes.

Friendly staff and fast banking. Has three public atms that are open 24/7 and two of them are in a security entrance where only card holders can enter. Makes you feel welcomed and secured.

I just used this bank for the first time. I purchased two cashiers checks. This was something I'd never done before. They walked me through the process and did all the paper work for me. VERY helpful. I was very pleased with their friendly service.

Place really sucks, long wait with one cashier window open. Kiosks a big laugh, just another way to sucker people to open an account at their bank.

Managed by incompetent people. This branch should be closed. Not worth wasting your time here. Go somewhere else if you wanted to be treated with respect. Been a long time customer in good standing, tried to open a new account for mortgage auto debit purpose. I was treated like a new customer. Presented documents with driver's license & my Chase debit/visa card. Asked for my immigration status. For this document, I only have a photocopy as it was stored for safekeeping. I was told that the bank only wants original as copy I had can be faked (coming from the words of the manager). I told them that, original or copy, they can verify its authenticity if they have a problem trusting people. Short of telling me that all other original docs I have, my DMV license & my existing Chase account, and the info they already have in its system were irrelevant. It felt they were profiling, so I ended closing my existing account instead. So they took my debit/visa card and gave me the withdrawal slip with zero balance on it & told me that the account was closed as per my request. It did not end there. The manager shredded my debit/visa card as it was the banks property. When I requested that I wanted to see the shredded copy to veirify that it was disposed off properly, she refused to let me as I should just take their word for it (like how the manager trusted me). Well the truth is, yes the bank owns the plastic card, but not the info in it, specially for victims of identity theft. Hence, we consumers have the right to know how & see that it is disposed of properly. In my experience when I closed several of my debit and credit card accounts before, Chase never asked back the actual card. I find the policy very inconsistent. Moreover, I was told by customer service before that Chase accounts can be closed by making the balance zero for several consecutive statements. It will be reactivated when I make a deposit & the countdown starts again when the balance hits zero. And so I checked my account online several days after it was closed. It shows that it has zero balance, but active, until I called the bank's attention & my access was deleted (and, I should trust their word that it was closed).
