If I could choose no stars, I would. This branch is 100% not for the customer. I signed up for an account a few months back and there was complications and things that they were trying to hide from me about the account. I went into this specific branch to solve these issues as they arose and have only gained another headache. They closed my account without telling me and they have been “sending me my money in cashiers check form” for over a month now. The most recent action from them was telling me that it had been delivered and the only thing I have is a letter saying they are working on it. I called the bank and they said, “oh I’m not sure. That’s wierd?!” WHAT!? Once I get my money I will never even consider banking with chase again.

Terrible customer service!   The managers are very unresponsive and treat you like a number, not a person!  Moving my money to a local bank that treats customers with some appreciation.  Managers at this Chase are a revolving door!

Chase bank did good job to protect customers from fraud.

My only suggestion is that they call the customer or leave message
immediately besides notifying customer with e-mail. Just in case that customers may miss or overlook the notification e-mail.
