Person in front of me cashes a personal check with one form of id. I try cashing a company payroll check in full uniform and she asked me for two forms after already seeing my license having me sign and thumb printing it. Then the b**** Sarah comes out and tells me oh well its policy and wouldn't even call my boss to verify

I have been banking here for a few years now and this location is excellent. The manager is very friendly and helpful and even when I have fees he helps explain to me what happened on the account. Love the team, Love the Manager. Will never leave this Bank :)

This US Bank location has turned around since the new manager.  As long as he's there, I will keep my banking with US BANK.
