Have been a chase customer since last 8 years but had the worst branch experice ever (with the notory guy at this branch).
Had called in before hand but still they ended up wasting my 30 mins and not notorizing the documents.
No wonder the branch is closing permanently on 03/02/2018.

Ridiculously slow. Yes it was at 4:30 but there should be more staff working. Waited 20 to get help

I would give them negative five stars if I could. I had fraudulent charges made on my account about a month ago, after they had to researched the charges they confirmed that they were fraudulent and reversed the charges so I got my money back. Then I went back because without warning, no email, no letter in the mail, they reversed the charges and took the money back out of my account. When I went to talk to the banker and showed them the paperwork that they had emailed me previously showing that they confirmed it was fraudulent, he basically laughed at me and said it was my fault and that I was irresponsible because I had lost my card, even though the very next day I reported it stolen. When I said I didn't feel like my money was safe there and I wanted to close my account he basically laughed in my face like I was an idiot. He was extremely rude and had no compassion at all. I am a broke college student on a steady diet of ramen and $100 is a lot of money for me. His coworker however did show compassion and said that she hoped that my situation would get better. Chase is just a bank that will do anything to make a buck. This isn't my first incident with fraudulent charges and fees on their behalf. My money was never safe there and if you want yours to be safe I suggest you go to a credit union. Also if you want to be treated like an imbecile, you should bank here. This place is awful and I will never step foot in it again. The best thing I've ever done is close my Chase account.
