I stopped by just needing to get some change and the teller told me that they only gave change to their members. Poor customer service, will never go back. I did go to US Bank just across the parking lot and they were more than happy to take care of me! Thanks US Bank!

I went in to open an account with Key Bank, this branch, and explained to them that I was in the process of moving to Arizona and needed a more promenant bank (i.e. one that had branches in Arizona) than what I was using. They proceeded to assist me in opening an account with them and take my money...telling me that it would not be accessible for 10 business days. WELL, i get down to Arizona and find that THERE ARE NO KEY BANK BRANCHES IN THE WHOLE STATE!!! Now in order to close my account, I need to visit a branch (out of state) or 'overnight' a written request to close it...or spend my balance down to below $100 and they'll close it over the phone. Thank you Fort Union Branch!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Way to tie up my money for a month!!! That's sarcasim by the way!!! This branch might want to listen to their customers and really think about whether they are providing a 'valuable service' TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!
