Went there to open a checking account for me and my husband . The girls thst was supposed to assist us were really vague , didn't know about monthly fee , or anything else . I had to ask who knew , what I should do , then they said a I needed to talk with banker , but it was his/her lunch time and that was it. So I had to ask when the banker was gonna came back ,how I could make an appointment . I just ended up leaving.

Go to the location in Berkeley instead. I applied for a credit card online and was told to go into a chase location to upload a document as proof of address. When I arrived they had no idea what I was talking about and said you can't have a banker upload documents. I was told I have to sign up for a credit card there through their banker and get my credit ran again. Went to the Berkeley location and they uploaded my proof of address in less than 5 minutes no questions asked.

Came to withdraw money this morning, the first teller could couldn't not help me because she was new and required an override. Why could she not help me and have someone approved transaction? So I stand back in line, the only other teller who can help me, recycler goes down therefore they can give me cash. Teller has no cash on hand. Therefore no override, no cash dispenser, no recycler, no money not an operating bank? Little ridiculous....
