There is no variety at this place. I mean come on, these people don't even have a car for me to rent. Instead, the man offered me jewelry. Cmon! U can at least sell used tires, or apple slices! But nooooooo! I am being nice today so instead of giving a 1 ⭐️, I give it a two ⭐️

LOVE THIS PLACE, FOR WHEN I NEED TO PAWN SOME THINGS, AND ESPECIALLY WHEN I PURCHASE THINGS... CANT WAIT TIL NEXT MONTH WHEN I GET MY RING OUT........ SIGH........ I AM ABOUT TO GET TO KNOW THE GUYS ON A FIRST NAME BASIS....... WONDERFUL.......... THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE............ BUT DONT GO IN/COME IN WITH THE BS.... THEY KNOW THEY STUFF............ Found ad for grinder on craigslist. Called to confirm it was there. Got off work and showed up 2 minutes before closing. Still had excellent customer service and spent the time to discuss other used tools for sale. Clean, secure, comfortable. I was impressed. And yeah, it's a business that posts stuff on craigslist. There's no way to register on craigslist as a business, and it's low margin advertising for used stuff. That's normal! No idea why captain one star down there is upset.

I had my first experience with Granter's Pawn Shop in El Cerrito, CA, on 11-17-15. I felt welcomed and a sense of customer sensitivity from Chris, an extremely experienced and knowledgeable gemologist. Chris was very patient and explained to me what to look for when dealing with pawn shops. I was nervous and confused as to what to look for, ask for, or even what I wanted. He spent unlimited time with me to get a complete understanding of what my options were...greatly appreciated, Chris. I would rate my experience on a scale of one through ten, as a ten+! I will refer and hopefully return for business with Granter's. If you find yourself in a financial bind and have items of value, go to Granter's! Sincerely
