I'd like to thank the team at CJ and Leathers  for finding my small family and I a home we truly love.  The leasing process went very smoothly, and the fact that they allowed us to move in an entire month early made it all that much better. We hope to rent the same house next year through this great company.  Keep up the good work!

Easily the worst experience I’ve had as a renter. First and foremost the staff was incredible rude and disrespectful every time we needed to contact the office. When Christy arrived at the property to give us the keys she accused us of not having paid our security deposit in full. Because of their poor record keeping she was demanding $600 in order to hand over the keys. Our security deposit had already been paid in full weeks prior to this, and the office had failed to make a note of it. After about half an hour on the phone with the office they were finally able to locate proof of our payment. In two years we didn’t receive the keys to the deadbolts from the leasing office, and could only lock the door knobs until we found a key under a flower pot outside left by the previous tenants. One door had a locked deadbolt and we couldn’t open the back door for the first six months we lived there. Christy assured us upon move-in that the house would be painted within the week. Three weeks later the house was finally extremely poorly painted. We waited three weeks to move furniture against walls and hang our photographs on the walls to make our house feel like home. It took the office three days to replace the non-functioning refrigerator. Repairs were a nightmare. Maintenance personnel that they sent to my home sent me inappropriate text messages, and after I reported it to the office staff they sent the same maintenance company back out to my home despite my request for someone else. Upon move-out we were charged for damages that were noted in our move-in inspection. The office failed to return what was left of our deposit in the thirty days mandated by Georgia law. This company is in the business of taking advantage of people, so please be careful should you choose to do business with them.

This company is very slow to send out people to repair items broken in the home.  The website where they send you in unreliable.   I've  been without an AC unit for 4 days, and the garage door is still broken after 2 months.  They give the maint. people keys that don't work to my residence, and the office staff is rude.  It was a good company, but something has changed since spring of 2017, it's not the same.   Very Unhappy and so in the landlord.

We found a beautiful four bed/four bath home  that we had every intention of renting. My prospective roommates and I all submitted our applications fully and scheduled a showing on a tuesday. The landlord cancelled on us and rescheduled for that Friday and in that time showed another group the house and they got to sign the lease. The landlord did not let anyone know she had cancelled on the group that had priority. Absolutely unacceptable, and never going through this company to look at houses again.
