My wife and I used Level 10 on both ends of buying and selling and we have nothing but good things to say about the service we received. Level 10 has the best technology that helped us find that dream home we always wanted. Level 10 has apps both on the web and for the IPhone which we found very helpful in locating that perfect property. Seth was instrumental in getting the addresses displayed on the listings which are very helpful in finding the right home. We never felt pressured in any properties we inquired about and Seth was there to answer any questions we had no matter how dumb they may have sounded to him. Seth is a down to earth person and we felt very comfortable in having him represent us in our transactions. I also want to mention that Seth listed our old home and within 3 days we had an offer and signed the contract a day or so later. Level 10 is not cut from the same mold of typical real estate companies where dishonesty and pressure tactics are the norm. We couldn’t be happier with using this company.

Seth worked with my wife and myself on a house we purchased last month in the Huntsville area.  He was very responsive to all questions/concerns we had and did an excellent job.  

On several houses, he made sure to point out issues/problems that he noticed that we would not have otherwise noticed as first time buyers.

When we found a house we liked, he did an excellent job of advising us during the negotiations, as well as making sure everything was taken care of as we went through the inspection and prepared to close.

I would happily recommend Level 10 realty to anyone that was considering purchasing a home.  He was an excellent agent and was very easy to work with.

We love Level 10!  My husband and I were new to town and looking to buy our first home.  Buying your first home can be nerve-racking and we knew we would need help.  Since we were new in town and didn't know the area, the quality we were most looking for was trustworthiness.  We found that in Seth - we felt he truly wanted to help us not himself.  He went above and beyond for us.  We love our home and know that when its time to sell we will be going to Seth and Level 10!

 I wanted to write & express my pleasure with Seth Parker/Level 10 Realty who represented my husband & I with the recent purchase of our home.
 Being a real estate agent in Ny myself, I was very nervous about who I would use as a real estate broker now that I was "the client."
 After a lot of research online,I noticed that Seth Parker was spoken of highly & many raved about his web site. From the minute I made contact with Seth I knew he was the "right" agent for us.
Buying a home long distance is such a scary thing to have to do, but, Seth made it easy. Such transactions are prone to miscommunication & misunderstanding,but our process went much smoother & was handled more professionally than I had ever hoped for.
Not only do I feel that out interests were well protected but his willingness to do anything he could for us during this time was very much appreciated.
Even after the transaction Seth has made himself available to us for advice & guidance or showing our out of state guests houses because they loved the area.
We consider Seth Parker to be one of the best in the business and would,and have, recommended him to anyone needing a real estate broker.

My husband and I recently used Level 10 Realty to purchase a house.  We found Level 10 through the recommendation of another couple that had previously worked with them to purchase their house, and I can say that I am very glad we followed their advice!  

Seth proved himself to be professional and amiable through the entire process.  He is patient and willing to let buyers take their time in homes, educate you about both the positive and the negative of each house and work with you to find the home that is right for you.  Looking at houses was a stress-free experience, with no sales pitches or pressure at all.  I believe we could have seen every house for sale in the state of Alabama if we had asked Seth.  

Another positive is that Level 10 Realty is technologically savvy.  I highly recommend checking out their main site to check out Seth's postings on the local market and his "blooper reels" of bad for-sale pictures.  You can reach Seth via e-mail/text/cell phone, he can send and accept scanned documents, and his replies are usually very prompt.  This may seem small, but when it is eight o'clock at night and the seller needs a signed paper first thing in the morning, you will come to appreciate the fact that Seth understands .pdf files.
