I've had my hair cut twice at the Chateau and they did a nice job both times. I am trying to grow it out and my hairstylist respected that by not removing too much length and simply shaped it up.  They were on time and I did not feel rushed during my appointment.  It is always squeaky clean when I've been there - which is important to me.  I plan on going back again.
