The lady who was helping me decided she wanted to argue about what I wanted. She kept telling me I needed to cut off several inches, I told her that wasn't happening 2 months before my wedding. She continued to argue. they were all EXTREMELY slow to the point that my fiance did not get his hair cut after sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes AFTER I was seen, and we came in at the same time.

This was my first time visiting the Salon in Beavercreek. I signed in on line, only had to wait a few minutes, and then got a great cut from Kyndra, who was so friendly. I will be going back!

I can't believe I have to write a review about how horrible a shampoo was. First of all, the lady threw a towel OVER my face, shampooed and conditioned my hair in under 30 seconds, didn't brush my hair, proceeded to blow dry it in the same manner a four-year-old would, then attempted to brush my hair out at the end with a comb. I wouldn't let her near me with a pair of scissors.

They were so busy when i walked in they were all very composed no one seemed frustrated. They gave fast and very friendly service. And my hair cut was perfect! Thanks Jessica!
