I have been utilizing the services of Chateau Veterinary Hospital for the last 25 years.  Dr Nix and the other physicians have helped me take care of 6 pets during this period.  Not only are the Drs professional, kind and caring but so is their staff.   They have helped me with difficult decisions with the utmost empathy and kindness.  I know when I drop one of my pets off at their Hospital that they will receive not only stellar care, but treatment as well.  Thank you Dr Nix and staff for the last 25 years and I look forward to many more.

Wonderful vet hospital! They have called multiple times since we brought our pup in to check on him! I will never bring my animals anywhere else! Great staff!

I absolutely love everything about Chateau Vet Hospital. The staff have always been top knotch for My Bear, taking wonderful and paying close attention to all of it and addressing problems, if any, immediately and my husband n I AND Our Bear love going to Chateau Vet.and their pricea are very reasonable..i recommend to any and all friends that live in or around the Kenner area.

....and maybe add one thing....they carry THE BEST....THE BEST shampoos and conditioners, regular and medicaided and are the best shampoo and conditioner combo I have EVER used in dog shampoo...talk about YUMMY!!!

I have been with Chateau for only a few years. I moved out of the area 7 months ago yet I will still drive the 35 miles to get here.  There is something about Dr. Nix that I feel a deep trust in not just her knowledge and her communication style but a practicality and she is not judegemental.  This is important when your dogs have had chronic issues (skin, diabetes, cancer, new puupy)  

The ladies who work there are extremely friendly, remember my name, not just the dogs.... I find them a quality operation and can strongly recommend them.  I have had a lot of experiences with vets unfortunately, due to chronic issues.  Not all vets are quite as kind hearted, and this one actually suits me best. 

I have been through the very expensive clinics, emergency clinics and vets in a few states - some have been great and some have been too business minded. I find the treatments offered are practical, not just revenue earners.  As consumers as well as animal lovers/owners, you want to know that what is recommended is practical and necessary.  This is the trust factor I referred to.  I think that Chateau has struck a very good balance.
