Dr. Jessica is a true animal lover. Takes very good care of our pets. Their services are very good. They accept credit cards including Care credit. They have ample parking. Only issue I have is the wait. It's long. It's understandable with the kind of care and attention they give to every pet. Just make sure to plan accordingly.
One more thing, they offer boarding services at a decent rate.

I brought my dogs for their yearly checkup. Everyone in the office was  kind and so friendly.  I did not have to wait very long. Dr Jessica was so kind and loving to by dogs. She really loves animals. My dog had a procedure done and it didn't take long. The next day they called to check on my dog. That was kind and awesome to do that. I glad they did that because I had some concerns. They answered all my questions and made me feel so  relieved. They are a caring office. I definitely recommend them

I'm a new customer at this vet clinic and so far so good. I never owned a cat and am allergic to them. A feral queen with her 5 kittens found us and our backyard a few months ago and we decided to take on the task of making their lives as decent as possible.  I called vet clinics in River Ridge/ Harahan to get approximate price on fixing and shots for 6 stray kitties. Abadie and a couple of other clinics along Jeff Hwy brushed me off by giving me extra high prices and rushing me off the phone. Pets R Our World was the only clinic willing to help me and explain all things feline.  Pets R Our World also provided much better prices than the others quoted for basic cat services...like by 40%!  Now we have 3 cats fixed/ vaccinated and 3 more to go. Everything went smoothly. I also discovered I love cats with the help of anti-allergy meds!

I NEVER write reviews unless I have bad service, but I need to make sure this Vet gets all the praise in the world! So many times the reviews make decisions for me, so I want to help out anyone reading. 
Pets R Our World makes owning a pet more affordable. 
Our first dog Noah saw Dr. Jess when we knew he had bladder stones for the second time. We thought we would have to put him to sleep bc his first surgery at Pet Care was $3500, but it wasn't anything close to that at Pets R our World! She saved our dog! A year and a half later our dog got really sick and they were with us through the whole process. We became close friends with everyone there. They truly love Pets more than people! 
I have learned since there is one Doc there, that you have to be patient if your pet isn't ready when you expected it to be. Bc if an animal comes in with an emergency situation they have to take care of the emergency first. My Noah was one of those emergencies! 
We are now on to our 2nd pup and get to see everyone at Pets R Our World again! 
See for yourself what makes this Vet different from others! If you don't like how they do things, that's fine. But it's truly a wonderful and different experience dealing with a small Vet like theirs!

We absolutely love this place, sometimes the wait is long but when you see the personal care and attention to detail Dr. Jessica and staff spend on your fur baby, it doesn't worry me at all.
