Chatham Parkway Collision Center provided exceptional customer service. Specifically, I needed a very short turnaround for my car repairs. Deann Gallo, the estimator, completely made it happen! The atmosphere is nice but I was not overwhelmed with the customer service or professionalism. My agent never asked my name nor did she tell me hers. She was also trying to eat her lunch on her small desk while reviewing my service and running my payment. While I realize it was busy, a little extra effort and communication goes a long way.

The sales guy we had was really helpful in helping us save money for the car we wanted. Go for Kenya.  Yes that's the name. They need to work on making sales final a little quicker though.  As we were there entire day. Mostly just working on the paperwork. We already had the car picked out once we stepped foot in lot.

The customer service is phenomenal. You are ALWAYS greeted at your car before entering the building regardless to if you are there for routine maintenance or browsing for a new vehicle. This is my third Camry so clearly I enjoy both the vehicle itself and the atmosphere. Shelby and Antwan are top notch sales representatives .

Bret Reed , is truly amazing and a very honest man. He helped me get into a car that I absolutely LOVE. He didn’t try to sell me on a car he listened to everything I had to say and took it into consideration. Also he would even go out his way to make sure everything is going smoothly as far as paperwork and the car in general. Once again thanks BRET REED and Toyota for hiring this amazing sales man.
