My husband and I was only car shopping we arrived at Dan Vaden and was greeted by Stuart Hershoff. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his work, we were very impress by him, for a couple that was only car shopping we drove home in a brand new vehicle. I would recommend and we would definitely buy from Dan Vaden Brunswick again.

Thanking the young man that works in the back in the service desk for fixing my navigation system for free. Ford wanted to charge me $230.00 for a job that literally took 15 minutes. I greatly appreciate it❤️

I went to several dealerships not one sales person listen to what I was saying. When I got to Dan Vadens I was prepared to be mislead. To my surprise from the moment I was met by Joshua Bair to driving away with the vehicle I bought I was treated like I mattered. The best customer service and deals in town and a super great sales person. 10 stars plus

I recently visited with Dan Vaden Chevrolet Service Department.  I had a scheduled service appointment for oil change and tire rotation/balance.  Upon arrival I was approached by service personnel.  Arick, who was apparently not in good spirits, asked what I was scheduled for.  I explained the above service and he rudely informed me that my tires did not need balancing.  I detailed to him the reason I felt my tires did need balance and he informed me I was wrong.  He later returned to tell me my tires needed balancing and that there would be an additional $59.00 charge.  It was my understanding that balance would be covered with my free tire rotation under my additional warranty purchased during the sale of my vehicle.  Not only was the price Arick quoted me much higher than at other service centers, but I am paying extra monthly for this service under warranty.  I declined the balance of my tires and took my vehicle somewhere else paying $28.00. I feel that not only was I treated extremely rude, but as a woman I felt taken  advantage of.  Why are the prices at Dan Vaden Chevrolet so much higher then other establishments? This girl will not return to pay more and be treated rude!
