I will be a new patient with Dr Bunnell and had an appointment scheduled in less than a week. I received a call that she will not be able to see patients that day. When I called to re-schedule they tried to push me to another Dr and told me that there would not be new patient appointments for a while. I said that was fine when is the first one and was told they have no idea. They are not scheduling them right now. Extremely poor customer service, especially when an appointment was already made!

Lauren Barlew along with the other NP have been wonderful to myself and fiance. They are always willing to work you in when you need help and get things taken care of on a schedule that fits you. This is an amazing health care team from front desk to doctor. Thank you!

Dr Miller spoke to us like dogs. My wife has had severe anxiety problems and I am guessing due to hormones or heart problems/defect and the issues she is dealing with in life. She is having sever pain in her lower uterine region and her heart rate is having palpitations, pressure in face, heat from spinal cord all the way to the neck and he wouldn't even check my wife. He was extremely rude and would t even let her speak. She is on a medication that I believe doctors judge to an extent they kick you out of their office. He never even checked her vitals, blood work, abdomen, or heart.... nothing. As soon as she told him that she was on that medication he in quote said" you two need to leave and I will charge this as a free check up" my wife is having very serious problems and he did nothing but kick us out. If I could give a negative on the star rating it would be in the thousands. DONT GO TO THIS DOCTOR HE IS AWEFUL! I pray we find a doctor that will help her because this was by far the worst experience ever dealing with a "so called" Doctor. Strong words of advice do not go to him. Find someone else.

My wife has been trying to get a form faxed from Dr. Duff's office to her surgeons office for two weeks so that she can get surgery scheduled. I know they can be busy but there is no excuse for this lack of concern!
