I have been going to Dr Bookout since my oldest boy was 5. He is now 26 and Dr Bookout has seen my youngest daughter and now my grandson. He is wonderful with the patients and knows what he is doing. The staff has always been courteous and friendly with us. Would refer him to anybody!

To begin with they sent forms that are meant for minor children. They need to have the correct forms mailed to the correct patients. 
The staff was rude, gave dirty looks, and not professional. I waited almost an hour in the waiting room only for them to tell me they weren't going to see me unless I paid the copay. Mind you now I waited for almost an hour and when she told me the copay amount she said that she had that amount since yesterday. So why did it take you almost an hour to process me in the system to be seen?! I told her to bill me and she said, " we cannot bill you you can either pay or not be seen". So I inturn left. 
All of my doctors have zero problem billing me so that I can submit the bill to my fsa account and have it paid that way. 
Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by medical staff. 
I have informed the referring doctor and let her know that this office is not competent enough to treat patients with respect. 
My time is as valuable as the doctors time and I expect to be treated as such.

Love Dr Bookout and stuff are always nice to us we been going there for 6 years would not go somewhere else

Very disappointed 😞with Dr Bookout.  Dismissed Dillon because his mother was always late or missed the appointment . We did not get his ears 👯checked,tube is bothering him .He had an appointment today ,I took off work half a day to make sure he is on time .Doctor refused to take him ,even after I told them I have custody now.  Dillon and I got punish for nothing, poor boy don't need any more rejection.Shame on you Dr Bookout

Ridiculously long wait time, they wouldn't let me nurse in an empty room (the lobby was packed), we had to nurse in the car. Not baby friendly, but the doctor seemed nice.
