Our family has been going to this dentist office for 31 years.  We moved to Guilderland from Clifton Park 25 years ago but didn't want to switch dentists because once you find a practice you like, you stay.  Dr. Chauvin and Dr. Vu both take great care with their work and have made themselves available whenever we had a tooth emergency.  Years ago (of course on a Saturday) I had an infection in my tooth that was rapidly becoming worse.  I called the Clifton Park office and heard the message so I could call whatever emergency number they had.  I called it and Dr. Chauvin answered even though he was on vacation out of town with his family.  He quickly called my pharmacist with a prescription which relieved my pain.  He told me to come in Tuesday morning as that would be his first day back at work.  I'm not sure many other dentists would have answered their phone, let alone take care of me like that.
Our son plays hockey for Union College and whenever his teammates (who are all from out of town) need dental work he has sent them to the Clifton Park office.  Ellen at the front desk has always gotten the young men set up asap with appointments and the doctors have taken great care of the players.
