WARNING!!! I WENT IN for work that was recommended by Aspen Dental who did shody work. The dentist here told me that, in fact, I didn't need the root canal at all but just a replacement cap. Then they told me it would cost 1200 dollars OVER my insurance. I then contacted my insurance who gave me the dental practise which would cover it 100 percent. When I went THERE they confirmed what we originally told me that I did need a root canal!!! This practise was going to ignore that in favor of a royal screwing since the root canal AND CAP would have to be redone later!!! This shister was in it for a quick buck without ANY CONSIDERATION FOR MY WELL BEING!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

I rarely if ever do this. But it's been months of me trying to get things straightened out and I'm still receiving billing that's accumulating interest coupled with no communication whatsoever to rectify the situation from the office. It all started when I called up to make the first appointment after calling my insurance and asking for a list of nearby dentists that accept my coverage. At that time I lived right down the street so it seemed perfect. When I initially called up I gave them my insurance information ahead of time (I used to work in a doctor's office and know how helpful that is). At my first appointment they took my insurance information and told me that it would be mostly covered since they deal with a lot of the same type and I should be receiving a bill in the month. Fast forward to the next appointment two weeks later, they told me that they needed another copy of my insurance card. I thought they were needing to update their files since I was becoming a regular client. Fast forward to another two weeks and another appointment. I asked about the billing and they told me that they're still working on it and either way it shouldn't be a lot of money as my insurance should cover most of it but once again asked me for a copy of my insurance. Now another two weeks later and another appointment went by and I still haven't gotten any billing. However I did get multiple phone calls with them asking me for my insurance information again and social security number. All the while they were assuring me this is getting handled and taken care of. This is all over the course of a few months now and I decided to stop making appointments as I haven't received any billing. Eventually I did receive the bill and was told that my insurance wasn't accepted. When I was told this I asked, "Well what happened when I initially gave you my insurance and you told me you did take it?" They told me they fired their billing person because she was not doing her job properly and wasn't a right fit. OK.. but then why should I have to be punished for her negligence? I was told they would be reviewing this further and the office manager would call me back. They never did. Recently I called back once again to see what was the outcome of the review and was told that they would once again call me back after reviewing it. Still no call. Now I am writing this as I am staring at my newest bill which is accumulating interest still and obviously hasn't been taken care of. Evidently communication and management is greatly lacking with this this establishment. In good news I recently started attending a new dentist. I did the same procedure where I called ahead of time to give them my insurance information to make sure it was solidified before my first appointment. Guess what? After my appointment I knew exactly how much was owed and how much my insurance covered. So apparently this can be handled the correct way when you have a proper staff doing the right job. I would never recommend this place to anybody for their appointments. Which is unfortunate because the dentist himself was great. I'm also not looking to not pay for any appointments. It's the principle of them not doing their jobs and punishing me for it thus leaving me with this huge bill and expecting me to pay that all at once. Very unprofessional. There's better out there and I'm glad I found it before I lost hope in attending a good Dentist in the area.

Horrible Customer service. The service that was provided was ok, but I can't get past the lack of customer service that was provided over the phone. Christina is highly unprofessional.

To start, let me just say, when my son and I got in my car, my son asked if I was crying and asked me why the dentist was being so mean.My son saw Dr. Ruckert today. I scheduled a cleaning and explained I wanted to know if my son was using good oral hygiene. When the doctor entered, he harassed me because I chose not to get an x-ray for him. I even signed a waiver saying that the office/doctor would not be held liable if may son experienced any dental problems, and he continued to harass me about getting the x-ray. He spent about 10 seconds in my sons mouth saying the exam was essentially inconclusive. He basically was neglectful in his exam because I refused to get an x-ray. He made rude comments (he could have cavities, but he didn't know because we refused the x-ray). I understand for a more thorough exam to be completed, he would need x-rays, but to be neglectful on the exam because he's angry he didn't get his way is unprofessional to say the least. What happened to him using dental tools!! My impressions of him are that he was very unprofessional and a pushy salesman. I will be cancelling my and my daughters appointments. With the dentist the appt was a 1, with the dental hygienist, my experience would be rated a 5, she was amazing! But because he was so unbelievably unprofessional, I will not be returning.

I was looking for a new dentist. My previous dentist retired. I was very impressed with how modern and clean this office is. The staff is friendly and informative. The hygienist, Linda was thorough in cleaning my teeth and with explaining issues that I was having with my teeth. I was excited when I found out that Dr Ruckert does Invialign in this office. I have wanted to get my teeth straight again for years and I thought I would have to get braces again. He was very informative and showed me what the trays looked like. He didn't make me feel rushed and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am now looking forward to my first set of Invisalign trays and getting my teeth straight again.
