He was an excellent pediatrician to my granddaughter for her first 9 months.  Very calm and caring.  His staff also took great care of the my daughter and her daughter with each visit.

Dr Chavez & his staff have always gone above & beyond for my child.  I would definitely recommend this practice.

Love Dr Chavez and staff. He is the best pediatrician in town!!
He has been our doctor for 6 years and never done anything to dissapoint us.

Dr Chavez Worst quality is his staff! He is an OK doctor at best! Nice guy but his staff is  rude and uncaring! I should have listened when people told me it was not the place to go! Learn from my mistake and try a different doctor!

I took my daugther to see Dr. Chavez on 10/10 she was diagnosed with a throath infection on a thursday he gave her medicine for it but kept getting worst over weekend took me forever to get a hold of him on saturday and he said everything was normal on sunday my baby got worst and Dr. Chavez never answer my calls or return my text messages i went to his office on monday well he gave my baby a shot and some expensive cough medicine after the shot my baby got a little better but couldnt stop coughing. A week later i took my baby to a diferent doctor in a diferent city and he got on my tail because the medicine that Dr. Chavez had prescribed my baby wich it was Bactrim is only good for urinary trac infections and the expensive cough medicine wasn was my baby needed to get better.So that is why im worry these people take advantage about the fact that Big Spring is a small town and there are not too many options when it comes to pediatricians be careful if you see this Dr.because he may play with your babys life just like he played with my babys life.
