Spent the night camping here. Clean camping area and easy to get to! Hiked the trails to Pulpit Rock and the lookout. GORGEOUS views!!! Enjoyed how the trails are diverse (walking and climbing). Convenient store was helpful and our ticket for camping and the trails was $10 per person for a group of 4. We did turn our park pass in and then went to go on trails and realized we could have used the pass but the attendant was addiment about charging us again. Over great time and we can't wait to come back when it's warmer!

Mt. Cheaha is my Everest. I love every aspect of this park from one end to the other. We love everything from the artifacts museum at the entrance, to Bald Rock and from the restaurant to the primitive campgrounds and everything in between. Bald Rock Lodge is beautiful and hosts many upscale events. The campgrounds are among the nicest I've ever seen. Bath houses are modern and clean. Highest and most beautiful place in Alabama.

My husband and I stayed in one of the Bluffside Cabins and it was AMAZING. There was a full bathroom; a kitchen with a stove, full-size fridge, all the dishes we needed, and a sink; the furniture all looked new and in great shape (looked like it was made of tree branches); a real wood-burning fireplace made for some cozy nights; a TV; and some cabinets for storage. The views from the cabin were incredible!! We also hiked several trails throughout the park. They were a little challenging since we don't spend a lot of time hiking, but they were manageable. The waterfall were beautiful! I would highly recommend The park and cabins to everyone!

Beautiful and wonderful place to go!! I love it here. There is so much to do for families or just anyone - even older folks can have a good time. A great place for family reunions, to have cookouts with friends, or a day of just walking trails & hanging out... They have a museum and a neat gift shop . There's a walkway to lookout over Oxford and Anniston from the highest point & you can see so far it's really incredible!! I tell everybody they have to go to Cheaha! It's so awesome people get married up there! 💟

We took our camper here for the first time this past weekend, it was raining but we still had a great time. There was enough of a break for us to walk out to the Bald Rock Boardwalk, such an amazing view! The restaurant has a great lunch buffet too! And don't forget to stop by the lookout tower to see the highest point in Alabama, and you might even catch a glimpse of Bigfoot himself!
