The people who work here are extremely friendly and provide excellent customer service. I decided to call before I actually drove to the establishment and found the person who answered was immensely helpful.  Sometimes when you call a business on the phone, in Oakland, the person who answers is rude and less than helpful, but the people here deliver excellent customer service both in person and on the telephone. Unfortunately, they didn't give me completely accurate information over the phone which caused me to need to leave, retrieve documents, and return--standing in line for another 10 minutes although I was assured that I didn't need to wait in a line again.

Very nice and quicker service than other   heck cashing centers I have been to.

It's not the employees it's the costumers if your in line and the teller has to get on the phone and then give the phone to a costumer get out because it's going to be 45 minutes.

Though it took a while for them to approve me. I was pleased they went out of their way to assist me to get approved,  I jyst got a raise but could use a little  Christmas  $$
