Not only is the manager very rude but the whole process is difficult. It's honestly not worth the hassle. Just go to the money tree inside food 4 less, it's easier and they actually give you a couple of more day's to pay your loan.

Extremely rude and poor knowledge of policy.  Reuben Martinez is the name he gave as the Manager.   When I requested that he put it in writing that my income verification was not valid.  He began to yell angrily at me, asked his worker to show him my paper again,  then said that my income verification was good and ordered me to sit down and fill out another application even though I just got the loan last month.  I declined after the abusive and disrespectful way he talked to me.  He treated me like I was despite and he didn't have to be courteous or normal, the crazy part of it was the whole time he was yelling at me he kept telling me to calm down.  The young lady working there did apologize but that was my first and last time in that demonic CHECK n TORTURE.  He seriously snapped and I continued to speak in a calm tone.  Then he tried to justify his horrible behaviour by saying he had to yell because he was behind the glass.   Right......
