Kelly and Jaime are amazing, but my problem is with my vehicle I purchased from the Memorial location. From the get go I had nothing, but problem after problem. I asked if I was able to trade the vehicle in for another operable vehicle, but was told I was not allowed to until a year into it and then I'd have to pay another down payment....so here I am...almost 2 years into it, 7K invested, and 3K in repairs and the car still doesn't run. The owner of this company is a POS! They do not care about the quality of vehicle they sell you and quite frankly could careless if you have a reliable vehicle for your family. I turned the car in, because I still owe over 1K on it and it's not running again...1.7K in repairs needed. I'll never do business with them or refer people to them...hell I'll disown a family member or friend if they even tell me they bought a vehicle from them. I can't even watch the end of NASCAR races anymore, because I can't stand the sight of a checkerd flag! Good day sir!
