Of many cars I've bought over the years, this was the quickest, easiest transaction I've ever been part of. Brad was knowledgeable and eager to help. I've already started referring friends and family to Lakeland Volkswagen for their next purchase. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was energetic and not stuffy or boring like most dealerships. From the artwork on the walls to the great music selection, this was a very pleasant experience. I'll definitely be buying from Lakeland VW and Brad again.

Best experience ever! My husband and I where looking for an suv for our family and we set the weekend aside to go car shopping and test drive the vehicles. We went to a few  dealerships and I wish we had just come here first!  It is such a relaxed and family oriented atmosphere. Bradley was the first person to see us and he was so nice and patient and let me take a few vehicles for a test drive. He answered all the questions I had and if he didn't know the answer he found it out. We did not buy that day because I wanted to think through the vehicles I drove that day. The following day we found ourselves back here about 30 minutes before they opened because I fell in love with the Atlas. Bradley was off but Trey stepped in and was just as awesome as Bradley. Trey went above and beyond dealing with me and my lack of technology knowledge. Because of him I am comfortable and able to use the gadgets in my Beautiful new Atlas. Never owned a Volkswagen before but just from the experience of this team I would never go anywhere else, they truly do care and want to help. Thank you Bradley and Thank you Trey so very much!

These guys are great. While I did not buy a car there or even get one serviced; I very likely will in the near future. Go see David in the sales department, I feel certain he'll do his best for you.

Thanks Tray Chapman for the best car shopping experience.  Ask for him as your salesperson he does everything in his power to get you the car of your dreams.  Also, the parts and service area employees are so cordial and helpful.  Thanks again.

If you want the best customer experience ever ask for Trey Chapman he is top notch!  He will make the difficult process of buying a car absolutely painless. No hassles and no pressure. Trey is all about accommodating service and has the knowledge and skills to make the transaction seamless.
