False advertising there burgers look like they belong in a happy meal. We purchased 4 cheese champs, more like a cheese chimp. Burgers were also cold with shredded wilted lettuce sprinkles. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

AUNTS IN THE BAG - Waited at walk up window for over 10 minutes. A very rude woman "took my order." She had to ask 3 times as she wasn't listening. When we got half our food and THERE WERE AUNTS IN THE BAG!!!!! I watched the staff pick aunts off of their neck and nothing about that store is sanitary. GROSSSSSSSSSSSSS I had been there when I was 10 and was looking forward to going back on our visit to the states, took my mom and wanted to throw up!!!! We thru our food out!!!! HORRIBLE!

They got the order wrong the first time. But they were good about making it right.

Food wasn't bad, but not super either. I wanted a Sprite and they were out, fries were hot and good. Bread was a bit stale.

If I could give a NEGATIVE, I would! Service was totally unprofessional..as if they're doing YOU a favor! While the food was hot, it was NOT fresh! Fries were cooked in old grease and the location is filthy! Never again will I patronize this chain!
