This is by far the worst Krystal's that I have eaten at. We waited 30 minutes for two combo meals. When we did finally get our food my fries were cold and the cheese was not melted on any of my Krystal's. We sat at a table and watch at least 13 cars go through the drive through after we ordered our food; all of them getting their food and going about their way. The entire lobby was a disaster area (I cleaned my own table). Never again.

Used drive through. Your order is fast and hot when you get it. Be careful though. Goodman Rd. can present a challenge entering and exiting. Use the near by stop light entrance when things seem too difficult.

Ordered Three egg plate with bacon and grits. Added coffee. Service was friendly and fast (5 mins)! Food was hot, good and filling. Restaurant was moderately clean (There was a crew member cleaning at the time). I recommend for quick breakfast food!

Worst place in Southaven. Sat in line behind another person for 10 min. They were yelling to try and get the attention of a worker. I decided it was not worth sitting any longer. As I drove around the building one worker was talking to another. One was just standing there, and another was hanging out the drive thru window laughing and joking with someone in their car.

As a loyal customer I arrived at the Krystals in Southaven off Goodman rd. When I went inside there was a long line of customers waiting on their orders. I was patient enough to wait till everyone ahead of me was able to get their orders before I placed mine which happens to be an hour after I arrived. There was a lot of chaos in the resturant at that time. Obviously they had a new guy on the front counter apparently training, he went by the name of Tyler, and the way he was talking to customers and talking to his superiors was not customer service and/or showing respect of other employees. I myself is a store manager for O'Reilly Auto Parts in Memphis and I personally won't have an employee show bad customer service and talk down to me like this guy did to his supervisors on duty. I do what i believe is best for business. That employee on the front counter should stay in the grill/cook area where he shows his best performance at.
